What we do
Entity custodianship
Ongoing custody of the whole estate of entities, close to what a company secretary does: registers, filings, directorships, renewal dates and which provider holds each one, kept in one place and kept current.
What the work is
Knowing what exists. A family or a founder with a structure of any age typically has entities across several jurisdictions, several providers and several renewal cycles, and no single place that says which is which. The first piece of work is usually an inventory rather than anything clever.
Then keeping it current. Every jurisdiction has its own clock. Cayman wants an economic substance notification by 31 January whether or not anything is going on, and the annual return cannot be filed until it is in. The BVI wants a financial return to the registered agent within nine months of the year end. Singapore wants an annual return within seven months. ADGM and DIFC each have their own renewal and confirmation cycles.
Missing one of these is rarely dramatic on the day. It becomes dramatic later, when a company that has quietly fallen out of good standing is discovered mid-transaction, or when a strike-off has to be reversed before an asset can be moved.
What it produces
A register of the estate: entity, jurisdiction, vehicle, directors, registered agent, financial year end, and the next filing due in each place, with the evidence of the last one. Kept so that a question about any entity has an answer that does not require a search.
